At Holly Home Maids, we want you to enjoy a spotless home and a stress-free cleaning experience. That’s why we invite you to read our Service Agreement carefully.
By hiring our services, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. These Terms & Conditions define the relationship between you and Holly Home Maids and are designed to protect both your rights and ours. Please read them thoroughly and feel free to contact us with any questions.
Scope of Service:
Cleaning is more than a task it’s a personalized experience. This agreement outlines the scope of our residential cleaning services. Each service includes a custom cleaning plan detailing:
Type of cleaning: Regular, Deep, or Move-in/out.
Frequency: Weekly, Biweekly, or Monthly.
Duration: Cleaning time depends on the size and condition of the home.
Seamless Access:
We make it easy for our team to access your home:
You choose the time: Book at your convenience.
Confirmation: You’ll receive service details and appointment time.
Easy access: Our team will arrive on time and notify you once finished.
If you’re not home, please ensure:
A key is left with a trusted person,
A temporary code is provided (for smart locks), or
A secure lockbox is available.
Clear Pricing:
You’ll receive a personalized quote before payment.
We’ll notify you in advance of any rate adjustments.
Easy Payment:
Payment is processed automatically after each service.
We accept all major credit/debit cards.
You’ll receive an invoice for each cleaning.
Schedule Changes:
Must be coordinated with our office—not directly with cleaners.

Office hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM.
Do not use social media to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellation Policy:
Less than 48 hours or same-day: 70% of total fee will be charged.
More than 48 hours: No fee.
Denied access: $70 (first time), $100 (second time), full charge (third time).
Requirements:
Access to water and electricity is required.
Card verification 24 hours in advance.
Payment is processed at 7:00 PM (Eastern Time).
Reminders:
Email reminders are sent 72 hours in advance.
Text reminders are sent 24 hours in advance.
Arrival Window:
We reserve a 1-hour arrival window for each scheduled service.
Right to Cancel:
We may reschedule due to illness or severe weather.
We offer a 24-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you’re not happy:
Take photos of the unsatisfactory areas.
Send them to info@hollyhomemaids.com with your full name, address, service date, contact info, and a brief description of your complaint.
We’ll arrange a free re-clean.
You must request it within 24 hours and be present during the re-cleaning.
Damage Reporting:
Notify us within 24 hours with photos and a detailed description.
Claims after 24 hours will not be accepted.
Insurance:
We are covered by liability insurance.
We are not responsible for pre-existing damages.
Valuables:
Please store away valuables or confidential documents before service.
Suggested Service Type:
Regular: if home was recently cleaned.
Deep: if it’s been over 30 days.
Move-out: specialized service.
Transparent Pricing:
Pricing depends on your home’s size, condition, and features.
Payment Policy:
Funds are held 24 hours in advance.
Charged at 7:00 PM on the service day.
Processing fees apply.
We do not accept cash or direct payments to cleaners.
Eco-Friendly Products:
We use non-toxic, eco-conscious cleaning products included in your rate.
Recurring Services:
Prices valid for 12 months.
Annual inflation review.
Exclusive discounts and priority scheduling.
Pets:
Must be crated or secured in a separate room.
$10 charge starting with the second pet (first is free).
Supervision:
A quality supervisor may attend with notice.
Minors under 16 must not be home alone.
Tidy Environment:
We ask that your space be tidy upon arrival (toys, clothes, clutter put away).
If not possible, we can offer an organizing service in advance.
Add-on Services (upon request):
Fridge/freezer cleaning
Oven
Interior windows
Sliding doors
Mold treatment
Empty cabinet cleaning, etc.
Services We DO NOT Offer:
Pet waste, bodily fluids, pests or rodents
Inaccessible chandeliers, fragile blinds
Multiple loads of dishes
Biohazards (mold, blood)
Hoarding or excessive debris
Scrubbing walls or doors
Inside delicate display cabinets
Lifting or moving objects over 25 lbs (11 kg)
High areas or ceiling fans not reachable by step stool
Mini blinds with excessive grime
Before & After Photos:
May be taken for internal quality control.
Photos/videos are confidential and will never reveal your identity or address.
Dispose of sharp objects (like syringes) safely.
Remove weapons, suspicious substances, or sensitive documents.
We will not provide service if safety is compromised.
Services may resume once safe conditions are restored.
We value our team and prohibit direct hiring. Unfortunately, some attempt to bypass our service fees and hire our cleaners privately. To prevent this:
Clients and technicians sign a non-solicitation agreement.
You agree not to hire a Holly Home Maids cleaner for private work for 1 year after termination of services.
A fee of $2,500 USD will apply if this clause is violated.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We do not share your information without explicit consent.
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. Holly Home Maids reserves the right to cancel service for non-payment or violation of terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
We reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.
By hiring our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
